Brendan Rose, Intern
Brendan Rose is the spring intern for VTDigger. Before joining VTDigger, he worked as a freelance journalist based in New York City, reporting on education, criminal justice and surveillance technology. He grew up in New York City, and after graduating from Columbia Journalism School, he covered international breaking news at Storyful News, doing open-source verification, before switching to freelance local news. He has investigated discriminatory practices in high school admissions and covered campus protests as a breaking news reporter.
